1. Who we are

Helo is a personal health data tracking application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and giving you full control over your personal health information.

2. What data we collect

We collect two types of data:

• Account data — your email address and encrypted password, stored securely via Supabase for authentication purposes only.
• Subscription data — payment records processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your health data, including bloodwork results, compound logs, journal entries, cycle information, or any other personal health information you enter into the app.

3. Where your health data lives

All health data you enter into Helo is stored locally on your device using encrypted SQLite storage. This data never leaves your device except as described in Section 4.

4. AI insights and anonymized data

When you request AI insights, the app sends an anonymized version of your health data to our AI processing service. Before transmission:

• All personally identifying information is stripped (name, email, device ID)
• Your data is assigned a random session token that cannot be linked back to you
• The anonymized data may be retained for aggregate research purposes
• No individual can be identified from the retained data

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — for authentication and subscription status only
• Stripe — for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Anthropic — for anonymized AI insights processing

6. Data we never collect

• Your bloodwork results or health markers
• Your compound logs or dosing information
• Your journal entries or daily notes
• Your cycle or protocol information
• Your body metrics or progress photos
• Your location data
• Your contacts or calendar data beyond what you explicitly share

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at privacy@helotrackerapp.com. Since health data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app removes all health data entirely.

8. Children's privacy

Helo is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Medical disclaimer

Helo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All features are for personal record-keeping and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your health.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
