By creating an account and using Helo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Helo. By using the app, you represent that you are 18 or older.

3. Not medical advice

Helo is a personal record-keeping and data tracking tool. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The AI insights feature surfaces patterns in your personal data only — it does not recommend compounds, dosages, protocols, or any course of action.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

5. Subscription and payment

• Helo offers a 30 day free trial — no credit card required
• After your trial, Helo is $59/year billed annually
• Payment is processed by Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Helo for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use Helo to store or transmit data belonging to another person without their consent

7. Your data

You own your health data. As described in our Privacy Policy, health data is stored locally on your device. We do not claim any ownership over data you enter into the app.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Helo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated insights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Helo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
